Crypto-financial revolution is here and world leaders have different opinions on it. Some are unclear, ambiguous, some like blockchain but not Bitcoin or even talked about state cryptucurrencies. Several leaders changed their opinions during last years and some are welcoming this new technology which will change world more how people are expecting. The U.K. Economic Secretary to the Treasury, Stephen Barclay:
